The Regional museum of natural history located in Paryavaran Parisar, Arera colony, Bhopal Which was formed in 1997 is a branch of National museum of natural history, New Delhi.
The museum provides an unique opportunity to explore the bio-diversity of Central India as well as the intricate nature network around us. The exhibits the galleries are made up of judicious mix of specimens, models, translates and audiovisual aids. The show cases and dioramas sequenced the selected themes. Bioscience computer room and ‘Discovery center’ are located in the museum where learning can be fun and enjoyable. Besides there is a temporary exhibition hall where special thematic exhibition are arranged periodically.
